2. Setting a Public Commitment by 2025: We plan to formalize and publicly set our net zero GHG emissions commitment by 2025, ensuring that our goals are transparent and aligned with the latest scientific recommendations for limiting global warming.

3. Transition to 100% Renewable Energy: We are developing a plan to transition to 100% renewable energy across all our operations, with implementation starting by 2025 and finalizing by 2040.

Our Strategy Includes:

• Working with Greener Energy Suppliers: We are transitioning to green energy suppliers for our operations and encouraging our team members to use green energy in their home offices, ensuring our energy use aligns with our sustainability goals.

• Offsetting Business Travel: Recognizing the necessity of some business travel, we are committed to offsetting the carbon emissions from flights and other transportation by investing in credible carbon offset projects.

• Sustainable IT Practices: We are committed to purchasing IT equipment with a reduced carbon footprint, taking into account emissions from production to delivery. Additionally, we aim to extend the lifecycle of our equipment through careful maintenance and repairs, minimizing the need for frequent replacements.

• Promoting a Sustainable Work Culture: We encourage sustainable practices within our team, such as reducing energy consumption, minimizing waste, and choosing sustainable transportation options wherever possible.
